Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 years old (or older where your jurisdiction requires) and a legal resident of an eligible jurisdiction. Slop is void where prohibited or restricted by law. We may exclude certain states or regions; the current excluded list is published in our official sweepstakes rules. By using Slop you confirm you meet these requirements.

Slop Gems are a virtual, play-for-fun currency. Slop Gems have no monetary value, cannot be redeemed for cash or prizes, and are used purely for entertainment. Slop Gems may be purchased.

Slop Bucks are a promotional sweepstakes entry currency. Slop Bucks are never sold. You can obtain Slop Bucks for free (see Section 3), or receive them as a bonus that accompanies a purchase of Slop Gems. Slop Bucks may be used to play eligible games and, subject to verification and these terms, redeemed for real-world prizes.

You never have to spend money to receive Slop Bucks or to win. Free Slop Bucks are available through our free-entry methods — for example daily login bonuses and our postal/alternative method of entry (AMOE) described in the official rules. Buying Slop Gems does not increase your odds of winning any sweepstakes.

Purchases of Slop Gems are for the Gems themselves (an entertainment product) and are final and non-refundable except where required by law. Any Slop Bucks included with a purchase are a free promotional bonus, not something you are paying for. Purchasing Slop Gems is not a wager and is not gambling.

Slop Bucks accumulated through fair play may be redeemed for prizes subject to a minimum redemption amount and successful identity verification (KYC). We may require proof of age, identity, and residence, and may withhold or report taxes where required. We may refuse or reverse redemptions connected to fraud, abuse, bonus misuse, or violations of these terms. Redemption details and current minimums are in the official rules.

One account per person. Keep your login secure — you’re responsible for activity on your account. Game outcomes are determined server-side. Don’t exploit bugs, automate play, use multiple accounts, or otherwise manipulate the system. We may void Gems or Bucks gained through abuse and suspend or close offending accounts.

Welcome offers, free Slop Bucks, and other promotions are granted at our discretion and may be changed, limited, or withdrawn at any time. We may adjust balances to correct errors, technical issues, or abuse.

Slop is a sweepstakes-based entertainment service, not a real-money gambling operator. Slop Gems have no cash value. Slop Bucks are a free-to-enter promotional mechanic. The service is provided “as is,” without guarantee of uninterrupted access, and we are not liable for loss of virtual currency or progress.
